Elephant Leather Oil (Preserver) - 250ml
COLOURLOCK Elephant Leather Oil is an intensive liquid conditioning and preservation treatment for smooth leather, designed to replenish dry leather, maintain flexibility and provide additional protection against moisture, weathering and premature ageing.
Its liquid consistency allows the product to spread easily and penetrate dry leather, making it particularly useful for large surfaces, colder working conditions and leather that has become noticeably dry through age, sunlight or insufficient maintenance.
The oil replenishes some of the lubricating components lost from leather over time, helping fibres remain flexible and reducing further drying and hardening. While severely aged or damaged leather cannot be returned completely to its original condition, regular treatment can help preserve the remaining leather and maintain its suppleness for longer.
Elephant Leather Oil also leaves the leather more water-repellent and provides protection against environmental exposure such as rain and sunlight. Its formulation is based on natural ingredients, contains no chemical solvents and is more than 95% biodegradable, providing an environmentally conscious option for intensive leather maintenance.
It is particularly suitable for car seats, leather jackets, motorcycle leathers, shoes, boots, belts, saddles, tack and saddlebags, as well as other smooth leather exposed to regular use or weather.
The liquid format is particularly advantageous when treating very dry leather or larger areas, as it can be distributed more evenly than a solid leather grease. It also remains easy to apply at cooler temperatures when heavier waxes and greases naturally become firmer.

The practical difference
Elephant Leather Preserver (Solid) is the better choice when you want a richer surface treatment with stronger waxy protection and water repellence—particularly for pull-up leather, classic interiors, antique leather and leather exposed to the elements.
Elephant Leather Oil (Liquid) is the better choice when the priority is easy penetration and distribution into dry leather, especially across larger areas or when the leather has been neglected for an extended period.
For particularly old and hardened leather, however, neither should be confused with COLOURLOCK Leather Softener Oil, which is specifically formulated as the intensive treatment for penetrating and softening hardened leather.

I’ve used Colourlock repair dyes to breathe new life into the tired leather of a couple of Boxster interiors, and the results have been better than I hoped for both times. Much cheaper than a re-upholster, and achieves a very similar effect for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended
Very happy customer. Difficult colour matched perfectly with great results, very helpful service, great product and communication. Thank you.
The guys provided top service, and I really appreciate the time they took to run me through the aftercare process and show me the kind of products I should be using in the future. Love your work, guys!
