We deliver Australia-wide to ensure you receive your Colourlock products quickly, safely,
and at a fair rate.
All orders are packed with care from our Australian warehouse and dispatched as soon as
possible once your order has been processed.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently offer shipping options for all standard orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: from AUD 14.95
• Priority Shipping: from AUD 19.95

These rates apply to most products under 5kg, including all standard kits, cleaners, and accessories. Free shipping applies here.

 

Bulky or Oversized Items

Orders over 5kg or those that exceed our standard parcel dimensions may incur additional shipping charges.
In these cases, the shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Any adjustment will be communicated prior to dispatch to ensure transparency.

 

Fulfilment & Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment
confirmation.
For custom-matched colours (for example, Leather Fresh mixed to your sample), please allow an additional 2–4 business days for colour matching and preparation.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your
delivery.

 

International Orders

Our online ordering system currently supports Australian addresses only.
If you wish to order from outside Australia, please contact us through our Enquiries
Form and our team will assist with available options, international rates, and local distributor
information.

 

Additional Information

• All orders are shipped via trusted national carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or
  Couriers depending on your location and parcel size.
• Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 2–7 business days for
  standard shipping and 1–3 business days for priority shipping (metro areas).
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for bulky or oversized items.
