COLOURLOCK Leather Glue Solvent Free - 20ml

Sale price$29.99 AUD

Application

Apply the leather adhesive sparingly in a thin, even layer. If required, spread it with a spatula or small brush.

For small tears, allow the adhesive to become slightly tacky, then carefully bring the edges together and hold them in position with light pressure until bonded.

Larger tears or holes should first be stabilised with a back-lining cloth. Cut the backing material slightly larger than the damaged area and position it evenly behind the leather. Once correctly aligned, apply the adhesive and press the leather firmly onto the backing.

For superficial cuts, cracks or frayed edges, use only a very small amount of adhesive to avoid excess product remaining on the surface.

Garment leather can be particularly delicate and absorbent. Apply the adhesive very sparingly, as excessive product may penetrate through the leather and leave a visible dark mark on the surface.

I’ve used Colourlock repair dyes to breathe new life into the tired leather of a couple of Boxster interiors, and the results have been better than I hoped for both times. Much cheaper than a re-upholster, and achieves a very similar effect for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended

Very happy customer. Difficult colour matched perfectly with great results, very helpful service, great product and communication. Thank you.

The guys provided top service, and I really appreciate the time they took to run me through the aftercare process and show me the kind of products I should be using in the future. Love your work, guys!
